EDED19336 Teaching about the Living World

Selected integrating concepts from the biological sciences are explored in this course. The emphasis is upon broad conceptual ideas such as "Energy Flow in the Environment" which canvass a range of topics such as Respiration, Metabolism, Photosynthesis, and so on. These conceptual areas are developed using a problem solving approach designed to help students acquire personally relevant and meaningful knowledge.
