This course integrates topical workplace health and safety issues into the context of previous studies to provide students with skills to analyse, critique and report on current trends in OH&S. Topics covered include development of a system for auditing a variety of occupational settings, accident investigation and analysis using structured techniques such as Fault Tree Analysis and MORT, total quality management, critique of technical papers and environmental issues.
