MGMT20091 Diversity: Maximising the Potential of Difference

This course addresses the incorporation of ’managing diversity' as an organisational strategy to improve productivity. This course invites participants to reflect critically on the diversity paradigm, to explore the inter-cultural and cross-cultural perspectives of diversity and finally to consider strategies for effecting the positive contribution difference can make to organisations.
