Program Overview
This program is designed to present specialist education and
training in the core elements of human resources management (HRM)
which will permit students to enter a career as possible future
human resources professionals in the domestic and international
business environments.
Entry
- a bachelor's degree
in any discipline from an Australian university or college; or
- a minimum of 5 years' relevant management and/or
HRM experience; or
- a minimum of 10 years relevant business experience.
Program Structure (3 courses)

from the following list:
This program structure will permit suitable students to articulate
smoothly into the Graduate Diploma of Human Resources Management
should they seek to progress their studies further.
Part-time and distance students will study one or 2 courses
each term while full-time students will study 3 courses each term.
