COMM11009  Contemporary Communication Skills

This practical course extends the concepts and skills taught in 51168, though it can be taken independently. As well as further work on writing in academic genres, students do intensive work in other important generic skills such as group communication, collaboration and oral communication.As with 51168, the skills developed can be utilised in students' other university courses and in their future employment.
