MRKT20023 Selling & Direct
Marketing
This course will involve students in the theory
and practice of effective personal selling. The increasingly important
aspect of higher level negotiations with customers and suppliers
will also be covered. The role of the sales manager and the discipline
of sales management will be examined. Finally, the course will cover
the role of direct marketing, telemarketing, direct mail and data
base management in the promotions mix.
