HLTP20003  Social Advocacy & Community Development

This course aims to prepare participants to conduct health promotion and disease prevention with a Primary Health Care focus. Topics include: initiating and implementing community development programs, health advocacy, the role of health professionals in social advocacy and community development, and cross-cultural issues and communication.
