Bachelor of Education (Secondary) CU69 Graduate Entry

Duration: 2 years full-time or equivalent.
Mode and Location: Internal only - R.
Courses/Units of Credit: 16 courses/96 units of credit.
Faculty: Education & Creative Arts.
Entry: No new enrolments are being accepted into this program.
Accreditation: Graduates of the Bachelor of Education (Secondary) are eligible for provisional registration with the Queensland Board of Teacher Registration. Full registration is gained following the equivalent of 12 months’ successful full-time teaching.
Practicum/Work Placement: 100 days of Fieldwork, 80 of which are under the supervision of registered teachers.

Program Overview

This program is designed for graduate students with at least a bachelor degree and the required studies in two secondary education curriculum areas who have been granted advanced standing of two years.

Program Structure

To satisfy the requirements of the award, students must complete 16 courses or 96 units of credit as outlined below.
