MBIO13007  Microbial Ecology

This course considers the problems and the solutions to problems due to microbes in potable water and in the food industry. This course will allow students to specialise in one or more areas of microbial ecology including interactions between microbes and other microbes, animals and/or plants. The applied nature of microbial ecology will be emphasised.
