World History

This course examines the emergence of the United States of
America as a superpower nation in the context of contemporary world
history. It focuses on post-Civil War America, though the American
Revolution, Constitution and Civil War in American history are covered
before concentrating on the growth of America as a industrial giant
in the 19th century and as a world power in the 20th century.
