The stance taken in this course to the study of teaching in its broadest sense is to focus in a more exact sense on one’s own teaching practice. Readings and case studies will provide different perspectives from which students can reflect on and make explicit aspects of their teaching role. While these resources relate to school contexts, questions raised by them about the nature of teaching are applicable to a range of teaching contexts.
