COIS13034  Information Systems Management with e-Commerce Applications

This course covers issues relating to the management of information system processing including strategic information systems, e-commerce, business process reengineering and information technology planning.

On-campus students will critically analyse and present management issues in class. Distance education students will participate electronically. Weekly participation and contribution is mandatory and will be assessed. Practical work will involve e-commerce systems.

Access to the Internet is highly desirable as Internet use is an integral part of the teaching strategy. Students who are unable to arrange Internet access must contact the lecturer before the commencement of Week 1.
