MRKT20048  Program Marketing


This course aims to acquaint students with the application of marketing concepts in both commercial and non-commercial settings. Adoption of a genuine marketing orientation by an organisation focuses its people on meeting the needs of the ‘markets’ they serve, both within and outside the organisation. This course takes a management perspective on marketing, covering topics such as the marketing concept, strategic and marketing planning, situation analysis, market research, development of marketing programs, customer service and fund raising. Available to Masters and Graduate Diploma of Sciences Communication students only.
