MGMT20085  Operations Management

This course delineates and defines operations management, and places it in context with other areas of management. Students will apply the systems approach to the management of operations; investigate the areas of systems analysis, operations research, economics and industrial engineering having application in operations management; and be able to apply methods to problem areas of operations management.
