ACCT20068 Domestic Business Taxation
Domestic Business Taxation aims to provide students with
a detailed understanding of the impact which the Income Tax Assessment
Act has upon the short, medium and long term investment, financing
and profit distribution aspects of business operations carried out wholly
within Australia. Topics covered include: financing domestic business
operations; equity capital; the dividend imputation regime; debt
financing; the fringe benefits tax; positive tax incentives; and
industry-specific tax considerations.
