Entry Requirements
To gain entry to this program, students must have;
- a bachelor degree in any discipline from an Australian university or college; or
- a CQUniversity Graduate Certificate in Information Technology, or equivalent.
International students should visit http://www.international.cqu.edu.au/ for further information including English language requirements.
Exemptions for Overseas Qualifications
Please note that the Australian Computer Society's Pre-Application Skills Assessment (PASA) Guidelines for Applications states that no advanced standing, credit or exemption given on the basis of qualifications from overseas will be considered in relation to an Australian Graduate Diploma or higher degree qualification.
Please contact the Program Advisor before applying for or accepting credit into this program for courses completed at an institution outside of Australia.
Computer Equipment Resources
Students will require access to a computer and printer. Access to the Internet is required.
The suggested minimum requirement is an IBM compatible computer. Hardware and software specifications change rapidly. Therefore, if buying a new computer, students should purchase the best quality and highest capacity they can afford.
CQUniversity campuses have computers which may be accessed by students on a 24 hour basis.
