CB93 - Master of Education

Program Aim
The aim of this program is to graduate 'Learning Managers' who have an enhanced capacity to manage the learning of students and will be able to work collaboratively with other teaching professionals, a range of other supporting professionals and the community.  Learning Managers are professionals who are workplace ready and futures oriented and able to engage with a range of issues that influence education outcomes for students and adult learners.
Program Structure

To graduate with a Master of Education students must complete eight core coursework courses in their area of specialisation plus one postgraduate education elective.

  • Special Education
  • Executive Leadership
  • e-Learning
  • Professional Education
  • Middle Schooling
  • Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)
  • Simulation Technology and Learning

 

In 2013, only the Early Childhood, Special Education and Executive Leadership majors will be available.  Depending on interest, other majors may be available.  In you are interested in another major, please Ask a Program Advisor.
