For more information about these careers, see the More Details tab.

About Property

Property encompasses a wide range of areas, from the residential home, through shopping centres and commercial premises, resorts to rural land holdings and mining operations.  Want to work as a property professional, perhaps as a valuer, but cannot attend on-campus university classes? Then we have the right program, delivered by our world-class distance education team - CQUniversity's Bachelor of Property.

If you want to join the property professionals, and you are not able to move to a university campus because of family and work commitments, then the Bachelor of Property will get you there with all the knowledge and skills you will need.

This program is designed for property professionals and will provide enhanced opportunities for graduates to become property professionals, including working as a property valuer, manager, developer, analyst, market researcher, land economist, property economist, consultant, portfolio manager or opportunities within property development.

The Bachelor of Property is offered by distance education and can be completed in 3 years full-time or 6 years part-time.
