  • A bachelor degree in any discipline from an Australian University or college together with at least 2 years relevant work experience or equivalent; or
  • An honours degree in business, management, commerce, property or economics from an Australian University or equivalent; or
  • A CQUniversity Graduate Diploma of Property Valuation or equivalent.

Registration with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland

Students should be aware that registration with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland is not automatic upon completion of either the Graduate Diploma of Property Valuation or the Master of Property Valuation.  Students when applying for registration will need to satisfy the Board with written confirmation that their program together with their prior studies satisfies the knowledge field requirements for Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute with CPV status.  Students should make contact with the Australian Property Institute at their earliest opportunity to confirm that they will satisfy the required knowledge fields.

Study Schedule

A recommended study schedule for this program can be obtained from your Program Advisor or the Faculty website.  Students may determine their own schedule based upon credit transfers and personal study requirements.  It is important to note that full-time students usually enrol in 3 courses per term and part-time students usually enrol in 1 or 2 courses per term.
