Professional Accreditation | Graduates will be eligible to apply for provisional registration with the Queensland College of Teachers with full registration being granted after a probation period. |
Residential School | There are three compulsory residential schools which are mandatory, held at CQUniversity Rockhampton. The first of these is scheduled for Orientation Week. |
Practicum/Work placement | 56 days of Embedded Professional Learning to be completed over school terms 2 and 3, plus a six week graduate internship over the first six weeks of school term 4. |

CQUniversity has a three term year. Each term is of 12 weeks duration, commencing in February, July and November.
