Availability

The compulsory Accounting courses in this program will be available at most campuses. Not all the Bachelor of Business majors are available at all of the University's campuses.  Depending on their campus and their intended majors, students may find that they are required to complete part of their studies via distance education.

Application for credit transfer

Exemption/credit transfer will only be granted where a student is able to demonstrate that they have completed and received a 'Pass' or above in tertiary studies equivalent in content, depth and rated units of credit to a Bachelor of Accounting/Bachelor of Business course, and that such credit meets the requirements of the professional bodies that accredit the program.  Students must contact the relevant professional bodies to determine whether the credit transfer/exemption they have requested and/or received will affect their application for membership.

Study Plans and Schedules

A recommended study schedule for this program can be obtained from your Program Advisor or the Faculty website. Students may determine their own schedule based upon credit transfers and personal study requirements. It is important to note that full-time students usually enrol in 4 courses per term and part-time students usually enrol in 2 courses per term.

For Program Planners please refer to the Faculty of Arts, Business, Informatics and Education website located at http://cqu.edu.au/fabieplannersandprogramchanges/.

Note: students must check to see when and where a course is offered before enrolling. See the course availability in this handbook for details.
