HonoursCG88 - Master of Property Valuation
Program Aim
The program is designed to facilitate an in-depth understanding of urban property valuation and market analysis. It will suit graduates who are seeking valuer certification by the Australian Property Institute (National) and/or registration by the Queensland Valuers Registration Board. It is intended as an Australian Property Institute upgrade program for graduates holding a partially qualifying property program. Students who have graduated from an Australian Property Institute Certified Practising Valuer accredited undergraduate program within the last five years are not eligible for entry to this program. Such students are encouraged to consider entry into the Master of Business (CA81) undertaken by research.

Program Structure
To satisfy the requirements for the award, students must complete 9 courses (72 credit points) comprising:
- 5 compulsory core courses
- 2 electives chosen from those recommended
- 2 research project courses
