HonoursCU79 - Bachelor of Learning Management (Primary Education)
Program Aim
The Bachelor of Learning Management (Primary) is a pre-service preparation program for teachers where knowledge of learning and how to facilitate learning is required in the classroom and the workplace. Graduates will be eligible to apply for provisional registration with the Queensland College of Teachers and will meet national standards for registration as a teacher. The professional experience in schools is a highly valued component of the program and pre-service teachers will be given many opportunities to teach in a range of settings. In the final term of their degree, pre-service teachers undertake a ten-week internship. The internship provides the opportunity for support from mentor teachers and the school community and results in the graduation of ‘classroom-ready' teachers.
Program Structure
Students complete 32 courses (192 units of credit).
