Entry Requirements | Prerequisites: OP>14 or equivalent expected. Recommended study - English (4, SA), Maths B (4, SA), Chemistry, Biology, Science |
Professional Accreditation | The program has received preliminary approval with the Council of Ambulance Authorities (CAA) Professional Body Membership - as a student you are eligible for membership with Student Paramedics Australasia (SPA) with membership with Paramedics Australasia (previously ACAP) upon employment with an ambulance service. |
Residential School | There are several compulsory residential schools/workshops attached to the following program when taken in the EXTERNAL mode. See More Details for more information. |
Practicum/Work placement | Students will be required to undertake a minimum of 14 weeks (560 hours) of compulsory off-campus clinical placements during the three years of the program. Students will be provided with over 1000 hours of simulation training focussing on real world patient conditions. |
