Notes:
You are strongly advised to select appropriate advanced courses from the science disciplines as your electives. These might include Biology electives such as:
AQUA19001 Principles of Modern Aquaculture
BIOL12107 Genomes, Genetics and Evolution
BIOL12106 Molecular Biology and Cell Culture
MARN13007 Coastal Marine Resources

Or other courses from the Biomedical Science or Industrial Chemistry programs.
Specialisation 2: Industrial Chemistry
Foundation courses
Notes:
You are strongly advised to select appropriate advanced courses from a science discipline other than Industrial Chemistry e.g. you may choose from Medical Science, Applied Biology or Environmental Science courses. It is strongly recommended that you discuss your choice with your Program Advisor.
Students should also note that advanced level Industrial Chemistry courses are arranged in two groups, with one group of courses being offered only in even-numbered years and the other group of courses being offered only in odd-numbered years. You should contact the Program Advisor for more details of which advanced courses are offered in which years.
