| Professional Accreditation | Graduates are eligible to apply for provisional registration with the Queensland College of Teachers upon completion of the degree. Details of full registration requirements are provided on the Queensland College of Teachers website. |
| Residential School | Students who enter with a trade or qualification to AQF level 3 may be required to attend a residential workshop on the Rockhampton Campus in Orientation Week in the year of commencement of study. Contact the Program Advisor for further details. |
| Practicum/Work placement | Minimum of 80 days of assessed fieldwork with a Queensland registered teacher plus 25 days of Internship. |
