Entry Requirements

 

To gain entry to this program students must have:

  • A bachelor degree in any discipline from an Australian University or college together with at least 2 years relevant work experience or equivalent; or

 

  • An honours degree in business, management, commerce, property or economics from an Australian University or equivalent; or

 

  • A CQUniversity Graduate Diploma of Property Valuation or equivalent.

 

Students who hold valuer certification by the Australian Property Institute (National) and/or registration by the Queensland Valuers Registration Board are not eligible for entry to this program.

Study Schedule

A recommended study schedule for this program can be obtained from your Program Advisor or the Faculty website.  Students may determine their own schedule based upon credit transfers and personal study requirements.  It is important to note that full-time students usually enrol in 3 courses per term and part-time students usually enrol in 1 or 2 courses per term.
