Prepare radiography professionals to serve in the hospitals, clinics and community health care services of Queensland and Australia
Educate Radiography professionals to contribute to caring and cost effective health care, to initiate improvements and collaborate in inter-disciplinary teams
Challenge and equip students to be critical and independent learners, experienced in evidence-based practice and collaborative problem solving in inter-cultural health care
Educate students to critically evaluate and apply research as they create a stimulating and supportive professional environment
Provide an intellectually challenging education in the discipline of medical imaging to enable graduates to make a positive contribution to health and social fabric of Australian society
Provide a rigorous intellectual climate that encourages the promotion and use of advanced imaging technologies, assisting in the remediation of disease
Enable radiographers to make a lifetime contribution to knowledge and understanding in medical imaging in national and international settings
Create a centre of excellence in teaching and learning, scholarship and community service in health sciences and imaging in Central Queensland and beyond
