Professional Accreditation

Graduates are required to be accredited by the Queensland Nursing Council (QNC) for registration to practice as a midwife.

Residential School

Entry via Graduate Diploma please refer to CG33 

 

Holders of RPL are required to meet the below residential requirements.

 

Term 1, 2010

  • Compulsory Teleconference  - 1630hours  -1800hours 5th March 2010
  • Compulsory Residential School - 0900hours 22nd March - 4.30hours 26th March 2010 at Mackay Campus
  • Compulsory - On-line tutorials and teleconference 10 hours. (See Moodle Course Site for dates and times)

Term 2, 2010

  • Compulsory - On-line tutorials and teleconference 25 hours. (See Moodle Course Site for dates and times)
Practicum/Work placement

As per the requirements of the Graduate Diploma of Midwifery
