Note: There are prerequisites for courses offered in the Exercise and Sport Sciences program that build upon a sequence of prior assumed knowledge from previous courses. Students are advised to take the courses in the pre-defined order thus acquiring the knowledge that will be assumed in the presentation of course material at Advanced Levels. Students will be individually responsible for gaining the assumed entry-level knowledge of any course they elect to take out of sequence. For more information or assessment of prior learning, please contact the specific Course Coordinator.

Students enrolled in the BESS course having a residential school requirement must complete the residential school within 18 months of commencing the course. After this time the result will automatically be changed to AF (Absent Fail).

Computing requirements
It is a requirement of enrolment in this program that students have access to the CQUniversity website via a broadband connection. Students will be expected to undertake various components of study in the degree using email, Moodle and the Internet. Recommended web browsers are: Internet Explorer 7.0 or above or Netscape 7 and above.

Application for credit transfer
Credit transfer will only be granted where a student is able to demonstrate that tertiary studies, equivalent in content and depth to the CQUniversity program, have been successfully completed. Students should examine the course synopses in this handbook to determine the courses for which they may be eligible to claim exemption. For more information about credit transfers contact the Program Advisor.

You will also need to complete the form at this link and add this to your application:
