Residential School | There are compulsory residential schools/workshops attached to the following nursing and science courses in the program when taken in the FLEX mode. Please check under the more detail tab for further information. |
Practicum/Work placement | Clinical hours are attributed to courses, not the program. Students will be required to undertake a minimum of 1040 hours of off-campus clinical placements during the three years of the program. Students clinical placements must be in Queensland and are arranged by CQUniversity at health facilities in the Bundaberg, Mackay, Sunshine Coast and Rockhampton or rural Queensland areas. Please note that clinical placements are generally not available in the Brisbane metropolitan area. Students must provide evidence of achievement of preclinical requirements prior to attending clinical placement. Please check under the more detail tab for further information. |
