Program Aim
The Master of Human Resources Management program aims to develop students' knowledge of human resources management concepts and key management skills relevant to modern business.
Students will undertake a range of courses specific to the human resources management discipline area. In addition to this, students undertake a range of courses designed to develop their management skills and to enable them to apply human resources management concepts as part of an organisation's strategic planning processing.
Graduates from the program will be able to operate effectively as human resources professionals in both the domestic and international business environment.
Program Structure
Students must complete 11 courses (including 1 double weighted course) to graduate with the Master of Human Resources Management program.
These courses will include:
- 4 compulsory core courses;
- 5 Human Resources Management courses; and
- 2 capstone courses, including one double weighted course.
