Specialisation and Entry Requirement  

Primary/Early Childhood  -  A three-year undergraduate degree from a recognised tertiary institution.  Students wishing to work in the Early Childhood area after the completion of their program will also require a Certificate  III Diploma of Children’s Services (Child Care) or equivalent.
Secondary  -  A three-year undergraduate degree from a recognised tertiary institution that demonstrates sufficient knowledge development in two recognisable teaching areas (unless it is a very high demand area).   
Secondary/VET  - A three-year undergraduate degree from a recognised tertiary institution that demonstrates sufficient knowledge development in a recognisable Secondary/VET curriculum area.  

Computer Requirements 

It is a requirement of enrolment in this program that all students have access to the CQU website via the Internet. Students may be required to undertake various components of study in the program using email and the Internet.
