Plans

A plan is defined as 6 courses in a specialist area and must include at least 4 advanced level courses. One plan must be chosen from the following specialist areas offered by the Faculty of Business & Informatics.

  • Management
  • Economics and Finance
  • Human Resources Management 
  • Tourism
  • Marketing
  • Business and Taxation Law
  • E-Commerce
  • Consumer Marketing

NOTE:

Apart from the compulsory courses a maximum of 6 courses may be studied outside the Faculty of Business and Informatics.

Entry requirements

Students must have completed an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) recognised Diploma in Hospitality Management in order to obtain entry to this program.

Note: Students must check to see when and where a course is offered before enrolling. See the course availability section in this handbook for details.

Please note that full-time students usually enrol in four courses per term and part-time students usually enrol in two courses per term.
