About Management (Human Resources)

It’s all about management. At some time in your working life you will have to manage something. It might be a section or department of a company or corporation or in the government sector. It might be a hospital ward or it might be your own business.

Human Resource Management includes recruitment and selection of appropriate staff and management of the employment relationship, which includes contracts, collective bargaining, reward systems and employee involvement, and considers the strategic and operational view of human resource requirements.
