About Building Surveying
If you want to learn about the laws, processes, science and management involved in the construction industry, then building surveying may be for you. Learn industry safety standards, codes of practice, as well as how to interpret building and construction regulations, and prevent potential problems within buildings or structures.
CQU’s built environment field of study is designed with students’ needs in mind. Offered exclusively by distance education mode, programs are completed part-time while you are working or seeking employment in the industry. Exemptions have been established from programs due to previous study, TAFE qualifications or professional experience.
