Students need access to a computer for their studies. Access to the Internet and email is required. A machine of the MS Windows type is required. Hardware and software specifications change, so if you are purchasing a computer for your studies, you should purchase the best quality and highest capacity (RAM, hard drive, monitor) that you can afford.
Industry PlacementStudents must undertake an industry placement. The normal duration of the placement is six months, but there is no upper limit on the duration of the placement. The minimum placement duration is four months, but it is expected that placements shorter than six months will be exception cases. Students may need to travel to, and arrange appropriate accommodation in, the location of the placement.
