Program Aim
The purpose of an honours program is to prepare talented students for future postgraduate study in a particular area and applications at masters or doctoral level. Its aims are to develop advanced knowledge in specialist areas of skills required for fundamental research and/or industrial applications.

The Honours program consists of 50 per cent (24 units of credit) coursework and 50 per cent (24 units of credit) dissertation. Coursework consists of 4 courses or equivalent based on assessment for each of not fewer than 5000 words or equivalent. The word length of the dissertation will be no fewer than 15 000 words, and no more than 25 000 words.
*Students who withdraw from PSYC19039 will be withdrawn from PSYC19040. Students who withdraw from PSYC19040 will be withdrawn from PSYC19039 without academic penalty.
**Students who withdraw from PSYC19043 will be withdrawn from PSYC19044. Students who withdraw from PSYC19044 will be withdrawn from PSYC19043 without academic penalty.
