JOUR11005 Introduction to Journalism A

This course will introduce students to core journalism skills and the historical, social and political context of journalistic practice. The tutorial workshops provide instruction in on-line journalism, news writing, story structure, interviewing techniques as well as a working understanding of the Code of Ethics and legal issues which impact on journalistic practice.
