The course reviews the principles of decision making, modelling, tools in decision analysis, decision support systems (DSS), and knowledge-based systems (KBS). Design and implementation issues of management support systems (MSS) are examined, EIS and GSS are studied in particular.
Practical work: Requires continued access to a computer in order to complete assignments requiring the use of a DSS tool and VP-Expert.
